About the Graduate Programme

You’ll focus on one of the specialist areas below with the support of our industry leading team.  Our consultative assessment process helps you understand more about the functions.  From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience and be an integral member of our team.

Client Onboarding are responsible for driving seamless client experience through conceptualising and implementing the end-to-end client journey across processes, systems, and platforms.

Servicing and Transacting enables fulfilment of transactions through process automation, digital transformation, and system integration.

Wealth Management Operations is responsible for supporting the Wealth business to deliver its priorities through continuously improving on process productivity and efficient, meeting regulatory and internal requirements.  They will be facilitating continuously improving and simplifying the product sales process.

Eligibility

  • We welcome students from all degree disciplines with excellent academic records and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds.
  • Final year students, able to start July 2024
  • Permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to
  • We’re looking for team players who are agile, flexible, multi-tasking and open to nimble learning

Exceptions  

UK and UAE, we consider candidates requiring visa sponsorship. In the UAE, priority is given to UAE nationals

US Graduate roles, we will not consider applicants seeking Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT) employment.
