Program Highlights:

• A two-year comprehensive training program to build up your professional knowledge and expertise through on-the-job and corporate knowledge management training (onsite/ e-learning)

• Aims to develop Future Operations Leaders in Business Sectors via a well – structure career development plan

Main Responsibilities: 

• To provide all rounded operational support service, project go-live, execution and implementation according to customer’s needs

• Assist the Manager in daily operations, administration, and handling workforce issues

• Other ad hoc assignment related to business operations and corporate functions

Position Requirements: 

• University graduates from any disciplines with less than 2 year’s full time work experience 

• Passionate to develop a profession in Supply Chain Management

• Knowledge in Engineering, Automation, AI, Big Data Digitalization, Design, Innovation or Logistics is highly preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility, logical thinking, passionate, positive and self-motivated

• A good team player 

• Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point 

Working location: Tsing Yi / Kwai Chung / Kowloon Bay / Fanling/ Tung Chung (Aircraft maintenance area)
