Hybrid offers a premium facility with the best personal training specialists, strength coaches, group fitness experts as well as professional MMA coaches all under one roof. We are a community of health-focused individuals who believe that anything is possible with the right approach, attitude, and support. MMA

As Hong Kong’s largest and most comprehensive MMA facility, Hybrid offers classes and personal training in Brazilian JiuJitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA and Wrestling. It also offers beginner-friendly classes, taught by their top-level coaching team (which includes black belts in BJJ, as well as professional Muay Thai and MMA fighters).
