What you’ll do

  • You’ll join one of our teams in Strategic Transformation, Digital Change, Customer Experience, Business Process Reengineering, Innovation, or one of the core departments of the Chief Operating Office like Sustainability, Regulatory Control, or Trade Transformation.
  • You’ll be assigned a project to manage on your own or with other interns. Your project may be to develop a social media strategy for the department, investigating ways to improve a process, or conducting research to better position a product. This will be your opportunity to showcase what you’ve learned during the internship and will form part of your assessment.
  • You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and colleagues to contribute to real business challenges and activities.
  • You’ll apply your analytical skills across a variety of situations to understand root cause analysis for business problems, define business outcomes and how to achieve them, as well as drive key change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Available to work full time for 10 weeks commencing June 2024;
  • You will have obtained or will be working towards a 3.2/4.0 or 4.0/5.0 cumulative GPA or the equivalent of a 2.1 from a recognised University (as appears on your official University transcript or degree certificate);
  • Be fluent in English, however knowledge of Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be an advantage;
  • With legal rights to work in Hong Kong is preferred.
