Are you an ambitious graduate eager to make your mark?

As a Technology Graduate Associate, you'll be at the forefront of market architecture, supported by a tailored 24-month development programme. This immersive experience combines interactive learning, financial skills training, senior management exposure, and stimulating on-the-job experiences. You'll work across multiple domains, including infrastructure, system development, security management, design architecture, and hosting services. Together, we facilitate market efficiency and operations, embracing new technologies to deliver a better market experience and explore strategic partnerships in Fintech and data markets.

Applications for 2024 HKEX Graduate Technology Programme open on 12 Sept 2023 and will close on 20 Oct 2023.

If you are:

• Fresh graduate in 2024, or recent graduate in the last two years with less than 2 years of work experience following graduation
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Be on track for a minimum 3.5 GPA; 2:1 Honours or equivalent
• Have solid experience on at least one programming language
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and interest in global financial markets

• Rotate across various IT functions to support HKEX's business and operations.
• Partner with senior management, professionals at all levels, and industry experts.
