As a Graduate Associate, you'll embark on a 24-month development journey that combines interactive learning, financial skills training, and exposure to senior management. You'll work on exciting projects, collaborating with industry leaders and gaining unique insights. Our purpose-led organization will equip you with the tools and networks you need to thrive.

Applications for 2024 HKEX Graduate Technology Programme open on 12 Sept 2023 and will close on 20 Oct 2023.

If you are:

• Fresh graduate in 2024, or recent graduate in the last two years with less than 2 years of work experience following graduation
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Be on track for a minimum 3.5 GPA; 2:1 Honours or equivalent
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and interest in global financial markets

• Engage in diverse projects, identifying and executing new initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders on optimal business and technological solutions
• Shape Hong Kong's capital markets infrastructure through divisional and cross-divisional projects

• Partner with senior management and industry professionals
