Your first 12 weeks  

You will get hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, React, Python, JavaScript, Git, SQL, cloud platforms, and AI integrations. You will learn how software is built, tested, improved, and supported.  

Roles you could move into  

• Software Engineer: design, build, and maintain reliable software systems.  
• Production Support Analyst: monitor and fix application issues so critical platforms keep running.  
• Technical Business Analyst: connect business needs with technology teams and support delivery.  
• Automation Tester: build and run automated tests that keep software reliable and secure.  

Where it leads: As you build experience, your path can open into software engineering, application development, automation testing, or technology roles.

What you need to bring  

• Bachelor's degree or higher  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills  
• Clear communication and good people skills  
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt  
• Positive attitude and drive to improve  
• Proficiency in English. Cantonese is preferred  
• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong  
• Commitment to FDM's full 2.5-year Graduate Programme
