Your first 12 weeks  

You will get hands-on with IT service management, cloud, Python, Linux, DevOps tooling, IT security, and AI integrations. You will learn how incidents are triaged, root cause analysis works, and critical applications stay available.  

Roles you could move into  

• System Engineer: maintain and improve systems that process critical transactions and data.  
• Automation Tester: write and run scripts that help keep software reliable and secure.  
• Engineer: write scripts that support application features, fixes, and performance.  
• Technical Support Analyst: troubleshoot internal platforms and vendor applications.  
• Application Support Analyst: support live applications and help teams keep working.  

Where it leads: As you build experience, your path can open into production engineering, site reliability, DevOps, cloud, or application support roles.
