Your first 12 weeks  

You will get hands-on with Excel, SQL, business intelligence tools, agile delivery, project planning, execution, and AI integrations. You will learn how requirements are captured, workflows are written, and change lands in a business.  

Roles you could move into  

• Business Analyst: understand business needs, gather requirements, and help shape better systems and processes.  
• Project Support Analyst: track plans, update documents, coordinate actions, and help projects stay on schedule.  

Where it leads: As you build experience, your path can open into business analysis, project management, change management, and business process improvement.

What you need to bring  

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any subject  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills  
• Clear communication and good people skills  
• Structured, organised approach  
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt  
• Proficiency in English. Cantonese is preferred  
• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong  
• Commitment to FDM's full 2.5-year Graduate Programme
