Please let us know your top 3 preferred choices of the following business units which you would like to work for during summer:

Claims:

• support the claims management process.
• assist in the automation / transformation projects and perform users testing.
• support data analysis and prepare reports. 

Commercial Insurance - Financial Lines:

• support the underwriting process for account renewal.
• assist in portfolio analysis, policy drafting and issuance, etc.
• knowledge of Finance / Accounting is preferable.

Compliance:

• support the compliance review and testing of business control design.
• engage in the preliminary impact assessment of updated regulatory / group requirements and support the implementation across business units. 

Distribution - Direct & Partnership:

• support eDMs and related data analytics.
• support direct sales campaigns and conduct research for market reference.
• basic knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Powe BI, Google Analytics is an advantage.

Distribution - Retail Services:

• support the execution of various automation and service / performance improvement initiatives
• assist in daily operations, such as service / workflow design, incident reporting / logging, data analysis, etc. 

Finance Operations - Credit Control:

• perform reconciliations with brokers' and agents' settlements to reduce unreconciling items.
• assist in daily operations of credit control function to understand premium receipt and collection process. 

Human Resources:

• support staff engagement and communication activities.
• support general HR operations activities.

Legal:

• assist in legal research and analysis.
• support contract / template drafting and review. 
• Undergraduate in Law (LLB) is preferable. 

Marketing & Communication:

• copywriting / write-up for communications.
• support marketing projects and events.
• support social media market analysis with strategy recommendation.

Operations:

• assist in managing Internal Controls and Key Risk Indicators.
• support the risk management activities and action plans.
• assist in managing Data Privacy and Protection initiatives. 

Underwriting:

• consolidate and analyze data on potential risks and clients for underwriting cases.
• assess potential risks and determine appropriate coverage.
• assist in the insurance product development cycle, e.g. personal cyber insurance. 

CEO Office:

• assist in market research to analyze the performance and trends of the insurance industry.
• assist in preparation of reports and presentations on industry performance and competitive analysis.
• support the planning and organization of sustainability activities and initiatives. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong interest in exploring insurance operations.
• Positive thinking and strong customer centricity mindset.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
