Intern - APAC Business Transformation - Business/Finance

What You Will Do

• Support the APAC Business Transformation Team to deliver IT, Operational Excellence, Sustainability, Business Resilience and Information / Data Governance, etc. across the region.
• Support the Project Lead in all aspects of the project including planning, implementation, budget development and tracking, follow-up on outstanding work, risk and issue resolution, presentation to Executive Committee / Steering Committee, etc.
• Closely work with all departments in Zurich APAC Region and the Zurich Countries to successfully implement projects.
• Open to changing and adapting as per the business requirements and as per the role changes.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing graduate level studies or higher.
• Some experience in program or project management, change management, transformation, strategy, consulting, digital, partnership build or related roles.
• Strong interest in program and project management - especially IT, Operational Excellence and Sustainability, etc.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Offices.
• Some technological experience is a bonus.
• Some skills with Power BI are a plus.
• Knowledge of Banking, Financial Services or Insurance is an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English.
• A good team player with excellent ability to adapt to new requirements.
