UNIQLO HK Internship Program (7 Nov 2023 to 31 Jan 2024)

About UNIQLO HK Internship Program

• The employment will be from 7 November 2023 to 31 Jan 2024.
• You are required to work at least 100 hours during 7 November to 19 December on 8 hours or 4 hours roster basis. The exact hours of work will depend on the actual operational needs. 
• You will understand how the core office functions interact with each other and how it is actualized at the store by attending direct communication session with functional leaders on 7 December 2023.
• You are required to work on a project and conduct an individual presentation to our management team on 20 December 2023.
• Students with satisfactory performance at stores and pass the presentation will be invited to join the Global Internship Program onsite at Japan office from 14 to 27 January 2024 (14 & 27 Jan are travelling dates). 
• Final sharing session will be arranged on 31 Jan 2024. 
• HKD90/working hour during the internship period.

7 Nov 2023 to 19 Dec 2023 

• Daily tasks at store is diverse and interns are required to be able to take on these tasks.
• Cleaning, Replenishment, Sales Floor Tasks such as shop-floor maintenance, fitting room & cashier.
• The nature of this job requires constant movement around the shop-floor during working hours.
• Through observation while working in shop-floor, you will be required to work on a project and conduct a presentation on 20 Dec 2023.
• Interns with satisfactory performance at store and pass the presentation will be invited to join Global Internship in Japan.

7 Dec 2023

• Direction communication session with functional leaders at office.

15 Jan 2024 to 26 Jan 2024

• Learn Fast Retailing's philosophy
• Direct communication session with Global Leaders
• Store Visits
• Work on projects
• Expenses: Air tickets, hotel expense & transportation during the program will be borne by the company except personal entertainment expenses 

31 Jan 2024

• Final sharing session

• MUST meet the working requirements and participate all the training and presentation dates.
