The Programme

The Human Resources Rookie, who will be joining us for a 6-month internship, will play a role in our HR team's efforts to develop and implement recruiting strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and engaging a diverse pool of top-tier talent in Asia Pacific (APAC), supporting the broader HR team on HR project and company events. 
  
We will prioritize candidates who can dedicate themselves to a full-time 6-month internship.

What You Will Do

  • Provide operational support to our corporate Talent Acquisition Partners throughout the entire recruitment process, which includes responsibilities such as posting job openings, screening candidate profiles and conduct reference checks, initiating pre-employment processes, and preparing recruitment reports, among other tasks. 
  • Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable UA Brand Ambassador when interacting with external candidates during both virtual and in-person interviews. 
  • Support candidate management tasks, which encompass activities such as screening, managing candidate inquiries, and handling resumes and communications as directed within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
  • Assist and support with Talent Acquisition initiatives like the Rookie Program, Campus Fair, Employee Referral Program,
  • Employee Branding initiatives, and various other projects such as Amour Day, company events etc. 
  • Assist and support the broader HR team for ad-hoc projects.

WHAT EXPOSURES WILL YOU GAIN BY THE END OF THE INTERNSHIP?

  • Exposure to the foundation of Talent Acquisition and the use of the Success Factor (ATS System), basic foundation of human resources functions. 
  • Ability to understand and gain hands-on experience to support the regional talent agendas of the organization. 
  • Communication skills across diverse organizations with different cultures and multiple geographies.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition is an advantage. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Canva or any designing tools. 
  • Strong multi-tasking and good time management skills. 
  • Takes initiative and is able to work independently with excellent follow-up skills. 
  • Strong Team player mindset with great communication & collaboration skills
