About Your Role:

  • Assist in HR Department’s day-to-day operations, including but not limited to Compensation & Benefits administration, Recruitment & Selection, HR policies and procedures review, and on-boarding and off-boarding process involvement
  • Participate in strategic projects including HRIS enhancement, workflow automation & data analytics
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive working environment, including team-building activities, surveys and employee recognition programs

Does it sound like you?

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Marketing or equivalent discipline with good academic result, Degree Holder preferred;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, creative and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
