Job Description:

1) Market Analysis and Talking Point Sharing: 

a) Stay informed about pension market trends stay attuned with in-house products and able to channel out to in-house consultants and clients.

b) Drive market analysis/ work with the internal production team to identify opportunities and potential gaps in the market. 

c) Enable both in-house junior and senior consultants can capture the selling angle

2) Sales Presentation and Sales Material Preparation: 

a) Conduct persuasive sales presentations together with other front-line consultants to showcase the features and edge of our products and solution

b) Clearly communicate the value proposition to potential customers and address and questions or concerns they may have and feedback to the production team

c) Customize presentations to suit the specific needs and requirements of each prospect segment.

Requirements:

1) A university graduate in BBA discipline is preferred.

2) Excellent communication and presentation skills

3)Self-motivated and result-oriented

4)Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5)Available to work 3 days per week.
