Intern - Product Management - Insurance - April to September 2024

What You Will Do

• Assist product managers in preparation of user requirements and test plans for proposal illustration system as well as performing system-related user acceptance test. 
• Assist product managers to prepare documentation needed to support product development and deployment (e.g. project schedule, policy contracts, product manual, illustration, etc.).
• Work closely with different teams (e.g., Agency, Bancassurance, Life Administration, Information Technology, Actuarial, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth product development and implementation processes.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis. 
• Coordinate and handle product enquiries and special quotations from distribution.

Required Skills and Abilities

• University students in any discipline, candidate with actuarial / insurance background will have advantage.
• Prior working experience in a life insurance company within Product Development / Actuarial will also have advantage.
• Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and attentive to details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese typing.
