Actuarial Summer Intern - General Insurance

What You Will Do

• Assist the team in General Insurance product development initiatives and product pricing.
• Evaluate the performance of existing products and compare them with actual operational experience.
• Assist the team in performing data analysis and generating regular reports.
• Check on IT systems related to product administration.
• Assist in ad-hoc task and project including experience studies, market research, etc.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of programming languages, e.g. R or Python will be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and attentive to details of general insurance products.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
