Summer Intern - Service Field - Business

The Programme

We’re seeking an internship, who’s ready to help us deliver on our commitments today, plan our strategy for the future and leave their fingerprints on the organization for years to come. 

What You Will Do

• Assist in project coordination for the engineering team.
• Assist the Field Manager and Engineers in carrying out the Service plan.
• Support the work progress and work with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assure the accuracy and completeness of the correspondence, files, engineering records, prints, and tasks of assigned projects.
• Involve in brand building activities such as charity and other company events.
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Undergraduate in Engineering or Business Operation Management or related disciplines.
• Internship or previous working experience in an E&M Engineering role or Service Operation is an advantage.
• Good understanding of 2D and 3D modelling.
• Ability to read, interpret and create mechanical drawings.
• Working knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate/ advanced user of Excel).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Collaborative, helpful and open to new challenges, detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task, well organized and self-motivated.
