Intern - Marketing - 3-Month

What You Will Do 

Visual Merchandising: 

• Establish and organize Visual Merchandising reporting hub and processes. 
• Deliver VM guidelines to POS. 
• Support organization and implementation of VM training for boutiques.
• Organize master file for the sales network covering retail, wholesale, travel retail POS. 

Events:Support the marketing team in event preparation and on-site event management, including hosting clients and guests, as well as event logistics. 
 
Marketing & Communications: 

• Support marketing team on campaign preparation, including report development and consolidation.
• Support preparation of eDM and communication materials to be sent to clients. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Excellent organization skills, and strong attention to detail. 
• Team-player, and strong communication skills. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must. 
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese (Traditional Chinese), Mandarin Chinese is a plus.  

Internship Period: 1 December 2023 - 28 February 2024.
