The Programme

L’Atelier Asia is looking for a Regional Media Executive.

This role is responsible for developing and landing a strong media strategy for the LVMH portfolio’s most iconic Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior Couture.

Reporting of the role - This role reports to the Regional Associate Planning Director.

In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:

  • Becoming familiar with all relevant media and finance systems, and the team processes.
  • Providing superior administrative support to the team.
  • Obtaining the basic knowledge and relevant skills of media planning and buying.
  • Supporting daily routines with working partners (media vendors, finance etc.). 

In six months:

  • Able to build knowledge of media landscape.
  • Building an understanding of client’s product portfolio.
  • Growing to work closely with working partners mentioned above on media campaign (campaign executions and daily routines).
  • Start building an understanding of the Adaptive Marketing Framework and how it is applied to the team’s processes and output. 

In 12 months:

  • Start developing a strong media POV and develop media recommendations.
  • Building trusted relationships with media partners and clients.
  • Start developing trusted and influential relationships with media owner. 

What your day job looks like at Mindshare:

  • Support manager on key functions include but not limited to Media Planning, Buying and Trafficking, Reports preparation etc.
  • Participate in monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of different media channels.
  • Manage and use various research, advertising, tracking and trafficking tools given on various post-campaign reports.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Degree in any discipline, major in Marketing information management, business, mathematics would have an advantage.
  • Able to manage multi-task and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Good at numbers and have attention to details.
  • Able to work independently but also a good team player.
  • Passionate to pursue career in media industry.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Fresh Graduate will be considered.
