The Programme

We are now inviting ambitious candidates to join our Wealth team for a 6-month full-time internship. 

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to understand and support our growing wealth team, based in Hong Kong.

We will count on you to:

• Be responsible for ensuring the business/ client database and records are current and accurate across the following areas and processes:
  • Know Your Customer.
  • Business contracting.
  • Investment manager research.
  • Rating report upload for digital delivery and renewal.
  • Manage external e-mails and shared folders.
  • Revenue, billings and reports.
  • Ad-hoc tasks.
• In line with our goals to automate the manual tracking systems and to cope with higher data volume, you will help to facilitate the process automation, data and records migration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Play a crucial role in providing business general and analytical support. 

Required Skills and Abilities

What you need to have:

• University graduate or above ideally with some working experience in global financial institutions.
• Tertiary degree in Finance, Information Technology or Business-related fields.
• Detail-minded with strong project management skills. 
• Self-driven and the ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Excellent numeracy skills. 
• Business analysis experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, especially working with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong language capabilities in English and Cantonese.
