The Programme

This role is to provide support in designing, implementing and documenting business and technical requirements for enterprise systems and integrations.  
 
The focus will be on enabling M365 Co-pilot's capabilities to access information from other business applications, assisting in the development and maintenance of architectural models, diagrams, and documentation to ensure effective communication and clarity.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements for enterprise systems and integrations, with a focus on enabling M365 Co-pilot to access information in other business applications. 
  • Conduct research and provide insights on integration patterns, technologies, and best practices for enabling M365 Co-pilot access to information in other business applications. 
  • Assist in designing and implementing integration solutions that enable M365 Co-pilot to access and utilize information from various business applications. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify data sources and integration points in other business applications. 
  • Support the development and maintenance of architectural models, diagrams, and documentation. 
  • Support the testing and troubleshooting of integrations to ensure reliability and performance.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Student majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Excellent analytical, with good communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Collaborative, detailed-oriented and a good team player. 
  • Strong interest in enterprise architecture, systems integration, and emerging technologies. 
  • Knowledge of software development principles and programming languages (e.g., Java, React, Node.js) is a plus. 
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
