The Programme

This role is to provide support in various aspects of project implementation and HR Operations, assisting in contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of HR functions.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and preparing documentation/templates for assigned projects. 
  • Assist in revamping the operations process to minimize risks and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. 
  • Consolidate and participate in the data cleansing process in the HR system. 
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits and HRIS team 
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Students major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines. 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, communication and interpersonal skill. 
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic, eager to learn about HR processes and a good team player.    
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
