The Programme

This role aims to assist in developing and maintaining the corporate communication initiatives, as well as support assigned projects and campaigns execution.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in managing the Group’s social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Website & WeChat, including but not limited to creating contents, designing posters, and drafting replies for private messages. 
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the Group's communication channels, such as website and MOMENTS magazine, including the content operation, editorial planning, conducting interviews to gather information, copywriting or writing in a Hong Kong idiom. 
  • Collaborate with cross business lines to support various initiatives and execute communication plans such as drafting news articles, providing event support and creating internal videos. 
  • Support different business lines initiatives such as website update and video editing. 
  • Assist in executing digital marketing projects and social media campaigns. 
  • Support the update of the Group's collaterals and materials management, as well as monitoring daily news and managing the Group's mailbox.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Students major in Communications, Public Relations or related discipline. 
  • Organized with good time management, communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic, resilient and a good team player. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid skills in video editing & design software such as Adobe photoshop/ illustrator. 
  • Social media savvy and willing to take on new challenges. 
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
