The Programme

The 18-month training program offers talents the opportunity to become part of the Hotel’s management team within the Rooms Division.

• All-rounded operational exposure in various Rooms departments for 15 months, completed with a 3-month focused training at the Sales department.

Required Skills and Abilities

• The program is open to graduates who have a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Well spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin proficiency is essential.
• Good problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
