Intern Analyst - Capital Transactions

The Programme

As an Intern Analyst within the Capital Transactions team at Hines Hong Kong, you will be a critical part in supporting new acquisitions and existing asset requirements. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide new business analysis, including market study, project concept and programming analysis, cost estimation and budgeting, deal structure analysis, and cash flow modelling. 
• Assist in preparing Investment Proposal and analyzing various proposals. 
• Document control related to due diligence processes. 
• Prepare project updates and reporting to shareholders/investors. 
• Participate in execution of existing projects such as various contract management, development budget update, sales and marketing activities, approvals, any other project administration and coordination works.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 
• Strong academic track record and demonstrated extracurricular activity involvement (student investment clubs, sports teams, real estate clubs, etc.). 
• Proficient English written and spoken. 
• Possess the highest degree of integrity. 
• Effective interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and listening skills. 
• Analytical problem-solving skills capable of undertaking detailed analyses and making well-reasoned, decisive recommendations. 
• Demonstrate prioritization, organization, and time management skills necessary to balance competing deadlines. 
• Ability to multi-task in a complex high-volume environment and competency to work with all levels of management and personnel on critical projects. 
• Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership.
