The Programme

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

We’re looking for an Intern to join our Engineering Competence Center in Hong Kong, who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performing, international working culture. 

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

Option 1 - Engineering Competency Centre:

• Provide professional advice and recommendations on anchor fastening, post drilled rebar and firestop solution to specifiers and end-users in the construction industry.
• Manage a technical solutions digital platform ASK HILTI to maximize the engagement and satisfaction of our focus specifiers.
• Handle data processing with respect to pipelines and leads.
• Review technical reports and standards.

Option 2 - Specifier Engagement Team:

• Customer visit to provide professional advice and recommendations on anchor fastening, post drilled rebar, firestop solution and MiMEP solutions to specifiers in the construction industry.
• Handle data processing, monitoring and reporting with respect to pipelines and leads in SFDC platform. 

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

• Develop the technical competence on anchor fastening, post drilled rebar and firestop solution.
• Enhance presentation skills through hosting webinars to specifiers.
• Build up situation sales skills by promoting Hilti’s solution to customers. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Undergraduate students major in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
• Passion in technical solutions and customer orientation.
• Outgoing and passion in customer orientation and technical solutions.
• Great teamwork mindset and can-do attitude with positive thinking.
