Summer Intern - Ocean Freight - June to August 2024

What You Will Do

• To handle export and import ocean freight shipment.
• To support and perform ocean freight customer reporting.
• To assist in daily operation in Ocean Freight department including but not limited to data input, data verification, booking handling and documentation preparation.
• To support special Ocean Freight project.
• To provide administrative support to daily operations of the team.
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Current Full Time Student in Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain area or any disciplines.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Well-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Positive and objective thinking with a good working attitude.
• Well-versed in the logistics industry is an advantage.

5 days full time work from June to August 2024.
