Summer Intern in CS - Customer Service Development

What You Will Do

• To conduct deep dive analysis in DA intents for higher successful rate and reduce the number from DA to CHAT.
• To assist in process improvement i.e. flow automation in MS Design, MS Approval, Power Automate, Power BI.
• To assist in Actual Time and Motion Study.
• To assist in executing Employee Opinion Survey and engagement activities.
• To involve in media productions (videos and posters) of refresher training materials, newsletter and TV signage.
• To assist in assigned projects e.g. CS intranet migration projects, GEMBA walk (5S and safety). 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor degree in Information and Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Information System or related disciplines.
• Experience in organizing school events and video shooting is a plus.
