Summer Intern - Air Freight - June to August 2024

What You Will Do

• Utilizing internal logistics system for shipment data record, responsible for data verification, documentation preparation for Air Freight.
• Handle export & import Air Freight shipment by using internal logistics system.
• To assist in Air Freight related projects, including but not limited to automation, route development and GTMS, etc.
• To provide quotations to potential or existing business.
• To prepare flight planning and loading plan with capacity control and management.
• To undertake market research and analysis for strategic trade lanes and customers.
• To work cooperatively and effectively with all stakeholders, including but not limited to the operation team, overseas agents, sales representatives, etc.
• To support the daily OPS tasks including but not limited to customer system data entry, delivery order management, shipment track and trace, customer Report update, etc.
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Current Full Time Student in Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain area or any disciplines.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Well-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Positive and objective thinking with a good working attitude.
• Well-versed in the logistics industry is an advantage. 

5 days full time work from June to August 2024.
