Intern -OMS Account Management-AP Ocean Freight- Logistics -June to August 2024

What You Will Do

• Support Asia Pacific Account Management department on data analysis, customer reporting. internal reporting, email communication with internal teams, document checking.
• Utilizing internal logistics system for customer database handling.
• Support the team on daily operation tasks, including but not limited to customer reporting, internal reporting, email communication with internal teams, document checking, and team administration etc.
• To maintain good communication and working relationships with internal/external customers.
• To provide customer-oriented service to fulfil and exceed customers' requirements and expectations.
• To perform other ad-hoc team tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Current Full Time Student in Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/ Marketing and Sales area or any disciplines.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Well-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Positive and objective thinking with a good working attitude.
• Well-versed in the logistics industry is an advantage. 

5 days full time work from June to August 2024.
