About the DFI Future Leaders Programme 2024

The 21-month DFI Future Leaders Programme is designed to develop graduated talents to be our future leaders in DFI. You will undergo various job rotations and be challenged to take on responsibilities and projects. Successful high-calibers will land in the designated functions upon completion of the programme and become part of the valuable talent pool for our future leadership.

We are offering 5 functional tracks for you to choose from:
Commercial, Marketing, Finance, People & Culture and Supply Chain 

Programme Highlights: 

• Several job rotations, store attachments, transformation project 
• 10+ industry leading technical and soft skills training sessions 
• 4 dedicated managers to support your career development and growth 
• Strong support from our internal network 

About You: 

• Graduates with bachelor's degree in any field of study with less than 2 years of full-time working experience 
• Internship or part-time job experience(s) with exposure to retail, B2C or any service-oriented industries is preferable 
• Demonstrate learning agility, with can-do mindset
• Good team player and have potential to lead and drive initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong

Selection Process: 

• Now to February 2024 - Application Period 
• January/ February 2024 – Online Assessment   
• April 2024 – Assessment Centre 
• July 2024 – Programme Commencement
