We will be running a 10-week long work placement programme in summer aimed at providing students with disabilities / special education needs (SENs) to gain valuable professional experience across various divisions within the bank. This work placement programme will show you the many career opportunities you'll find at the bank, and the ways you can drive change for the future of finance. You'll experience our commitment to diversity and an inclusive work environment first hand.
What we look for
We recruit interns who are ambitious and adaptable. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. We have very comprehensive training programmes that will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us. The Corporate Bank is a market leader in risk management for FX and Rates, cash management, lending, trade finance, trust and agency services as well as securities services. At the heart of Corporate Bank sits Relationship and Transaction Management, pivotal in delivering the best-in-class client management solutions to our corporate and institutional clients worldwide. Relationship and Transaction Management partners with product specialists and other departments including legal, compliance and Client Lifecycle Management to continually provide a seamless end-to-end banking experience to our clients.
