What You Will Do

• Assist on analyzing benchmark and internal HR data to surface target, high impact transformation opportunities.  
• Review client’s organizational and business strategy and propose recommendations to shape their people agenda.  
• Support engagement with key client stakeholders to facilitate key business decisions in the domains of organizational strategy, operating model, organization design, and more.  
• Assist in conducting research and analysis on world leading companies and their organization practices.  
• Assist on conducting financial analysis via annual reports, industry research paper and internal data and provide insights.  
• Assist collecting, assimilating and analyzing relevant data and using standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions.  
• Use and apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly 
• Apply technology fundamentals to analyze client situations and develop solutions to solve real business problems through digitalization.  
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones for the advisory and implementation projects.  
• Prepare regular reports on project status, key metrics, and milestones for project stakeholders and senior management.  
• Support change management activities to help clients enhance readiness to adopt the changes. 
• Assist the team to produce a high-quality work product to ensure an excellent client experience. 
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and adapt to changing priorities to instill confidence in the team.  
• Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Penultimate year undergraduates in any discipline are preferred.  
• Strong passion to grow and the ability to learn quickly.  
• Excellent analytical, oral and written skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.  
• Confidence, supported by a proactive approach to work.  
• Astute judgement and ability to analyze complex issues.  
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative Ability to effectively and confidently communicate and build rapport across cultures. 
• Proactive and effective at proposing new/alternative ideas, where appropriate. 

Internship period: September 2024 – February 2025.
