What You Will Do

• Assist in producing a high-quality work product to ensure a superior client experience.  
• Assist on business transformation, value driven services, cloud strategy and business case development.  
• Develop understanding of requirements and design artifacts to assist in solution analysis and design and carry forward into implementation.  
• Support the elicitation and capture of business and system requirements, development of technology components and solutions in cloud-first infrastructure transformations.  
• Collect, assimilate and analyze relevant data and use cloud and data services to help surface and support solutions. 
• Apply background in cloud and relevant Deloitte methodology to support cloud solutions and deliverables.  
• Work under the guidance of a team lead / project manager with our offshore delivery teams for project delivery.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Prefers major in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering and other related majors.  
• Basic knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and agile and traditional project management approaches.  
• Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud, etc.) and concepts (containers, DevOps, virtualization, etc.).  
• Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; strong oral and written Chinese & English language communication skills.  
• Be comfortable working as part of a team, be a fast learner, able to at times work independently; always take the initiative, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure and travel; creative, flexible and self-confident.  
• Proficiency in MS Office.
