Graduate Program

The variety of work, pace of our markets and breadth of our disciplines means that as a Deloitte graduate, the possibilities are endless. We offer graduate opportunities in Audit & Assurance, Consulting, Financial Advisory, Risk Advisory, Tax or our Global Delivery Center.  

Whatever pathway you choose, you will receive world-class training and mentoring from experienced professionals and be supported to achieve professional accreditations required for your area of work. You will connect with teammates and leaders who will coach you and help you navigate complexity so you can make an impact and perform at the highest level.  

Internships

At Deloitte we have different internship programs for students from all degree backgrounds. To be eligible, you should be in your penultimate year or above at university. Explore the programs below to find one that suits your needs.  

Summer or Winter Internships  

Join us for two to four months in either summer or winter in one of our business functions. You will gain exposure to clients, receive coaching and feedback from mentors to aid your professional development and potentially secure a graduate position.  

Recruitment typically takes place in October and November for winter internships and April and May for summer.  

Project Internships 

Experience what it’s like to work for a leading professional services firm through real life projects. Assignments vary in length, mode or working and you could work on things like client services or internal projects. You will be called up for selection as projects arise that suit your qualifications.  

Application Process

Apply online – upload your resume, academic transcripts, reference letters and other qualifications and awards. A passport style photo is optional. Please note that for roles in Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan, an English resume is required 

Online assessments – you will be invited to take a series of tests which include a cognitive test, personality questionnaire and video interview 

Deloitte Day – if you pass the online assessments, you will be invited to attend Deloitte Day. This will include a group discussion and individual interview 

Offer – if successful through the process, we will make a formal written offer shortly after your interview   

Corporate Responsibility

Charitable 8 hours  

Each year, we give our people eight hours of volunteering time to contribute to causes close to their heart. Some join Deloitte National IMPACT Day activities, others service not-for-profit organisations, and some choose to mentor students. Everyone is encouraged to give back and make an impact that matters.
