From August to December 2024, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our growing legal operations and make a real impact. Working closely with our legal manager, your primary objective will be to enhance our legal services and processes.

As a Legal Intern, you'll tackle specific projects, conduct research, and provide advisory support, all while honing your legal skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Internship Objectives:

• Provide administrative support to enhance the standards of existing legal operations and services at Decathlon.
• Assist the legal team with the documentation of standardized contracts across the company.
• Offer legal support, including legal research, contract drafting, analysis, and advisory, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal and finance services.
• Support specific projects and initiatives as assigned by the Legal Manager. 

Your Responsibilities.

Organize Legal Document System:

• Restructure and optimize our legal document filing system on Google Drive and Hyperlex for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure all legal templates and information are correctly organized and readily available for the team.

Conduct Legal Research and Advisory:

• Research assigned legal topics using our existing resources and summarize your findings.
• Create or update contract templates and legal training materials. Participate in legal presentations and training sessions to share your knowledge.
• Contribute to real-world case scenario advisory sessions under the supervision of the Legal Manager.

Administrative Support:

Complete various administrative tasks, such as sending out legal and business ethics compliance information to stakeholders.
