The Engineering Graduate Programme is designed to provide passionate graduates a pathway for professional development and the opportunity to help manage one of the most technologically advanced fleet of aircraft in the world. Depending upon the type of degree and area of interest, the Engineering Graduate Programme offers four specialist streams to choose from – Technical, Inventory Management, Maintenance Planning, and Operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the Cathay Pacific’s Engineering Department and the organisation – purpose, structure, strategy, values and drivers  
•  Acquire profound understanding and accomplish all learning objectivesfor eachrotation at different teams and departments 
• Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders / teams for assigned projects with the demonstration of collaboration and teamwork  
• Contribute innovations and new ideas to leveragelatest technology as an enabler to create competitive advantage for the business 
• Assist on ad hoc tasks where required 

Requirements

• 2024 graduate with a Bachelor degree or above with maximum 2 years of working experience
• Technical – Holder of HKIE Scheme “A” accredited degree would be an advantage
• Operational - Holder of HKAR-147 Certificate of Recognition or HKAR-66 Cat B1.1 or B2 knowledge examinations and practical assessments would be an advantage
• Right to work in Hong Kong (IANG or TTPS visa are welcomed)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work as a team
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
