Intern - Project Management - Logistics/Supply Chain

The Programme

In this position you will:

Have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and training, exposure to exciting opportunities including managing your own project.   
 
You will be embedded in a team working alongside some of our best SMEs.  You will also be supported by our intern program which offers a structured learning experience.  
 
You will be working with the Distribution Operations Team located in Hong Kong  

You will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain and document standard operating procedures and process flows for external and internal parties.  
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement changes in procedure and solutions for process improvements.  
• Monitor the operations flow for existing programs and processes and urgently solve challenges and issues.  
• Monitor the service level and the performance of the service provided and ensure all KPIs can be met.  
• Provide administrative support, prepare regular reports, perform audits on various operations and evaluate processes as per business requirements. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Studying in logistics, supply chain management or operations management or related discipline.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferable.  
• Strong numerical sense, self-motivated and solution oriented.
