In this position you will:

You will be embedded in a team working alongside some of our best SMEs.  You will also be supported by our intern program which offers a structured learning experience.  
 
You will be working with the Strategy team located in Hong Kong.   
 
You will have the opportunity to:

  • Add value across the business through project-based work in collaboration with senior executives.  
  • Perform research and analysis of industry trends, competitive landscape and formulate recommendations together with key stakeholders across sales, tech, product, finance & operations.  
  • Take ownership of important strategic and operational tasks and be actively involved in driving growth and scaling the business.  
  • Assist in preparing business review and project status reports to management and key stakeholders.  
  • Support investor discussions and help manage investor relations.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Penultimate or final year studying business, finance, actuarial, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering or similar degrees.  
  • Prior internship experience in strategy or management consulting related roles in an insurance, insurtech, fintech, financial services or B2B SaaS setting highly advantageous but not required  
  • Willingness to learn quickly, adapt and work hard to regularly deliver high quality output in PowerPoint and Excel.
