Intern - Digital Product Management - Business

The Programme

In this position you will: 
 
Have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and training, exposure to exciting opportunities including managing your own project.  You will be embedded in a team working alongside some of our best SMEs.   
 
You will also be supported by our intern program which offers a structured learning experience.  
 
You will be working with the digital Product Management team located in Hong Kong. 
 
You will have the opportunity to:

• Analyze product data be involved in understanding and analyzing product data to help the business make informed decisions and develop your skills in data analysis, business intelligence, automation, and digitalization.  
• Process improvement projects: assist with improving various accounting processes. You may be involved in analyzing the current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to streamline them.  
• Support change management: support the team in developing communication plans, training materials, and other resources to help functional teams navigating the changes.  
• Product configuration: work with the product team to configure partner, product, and customer touch points in a prompt and correct manner to facilitate policy sales and claims handling within agreed timeline.  
• Product Documentation: update product documentation to ensure that stakeholders have access to the most up-to-date information.   
• Competitor and market analysis: collect, analyze and interpret competitor data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in the product suite.  

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Should be able to adapt to changing situations and requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment.   
• Should be curious and eager to learn new skills and knowledge and contribute to the innovation and transformation of the Product Management team   
• Is able to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.  Knowledge of other Microsoft 365 applications is a plus.  
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).  
• Possesses strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.   
• Is an undergraduate student in their second or third year of study in a 4-year degree programme - Preferably majoring in business, computers, or engineering.
