2025 Blackstone -Private Wealth Solutions- Client Coverage - Summer Analyst

The Programme

In this role, the Analyst will be supporting the PWS distribution business in the region.  

The role will be involved in multiple functions across PWS, including but not limited to, Sales, Investor Services, Product Strategy, Business Development, Marketing and Global Strategy Partnerships.

The role will potentially be supporting multiple projects and initiatives at one time such as conducting market research, project management for product launches, participation in internal product teach-ins and client sessions, execution of distribution agreement negotiations, investor due diligence, marketing material requests, roadshow coordination and the fund closing process. 

The role will be working closely with PWS members globally and will have interface with various internal stakeholders including legal/compliance department, finance, and other groups within the firm.

In addition to gaining substantial product knowledge and supporting the growth of PWS in the region, the role will also develop familiarity across other important aspects including sales, legal documentations, product operations, marketing, strategic planning and more. 

Depending on the position, you may be required to obtain certain securities licenses if you are in a client facing role and/or if you are engaged in the following:

• Attending client meetings where you are discussing Blackstone products and/or and client questions;
• Marketing Blackstone funds to new or existing clients;
• Supervising or training securities licensed employees;
• Structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products; and
• Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.

Summer Internship Program Commencement - June to August 2025 (8-10 weeks).

To be considered for the 2025 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled as a fulltime undergraduate or master’s degree student. If you are pursuing a master’s degree, you should have no more than 1 year of fulltime working experience.
• Anticipated graduation date: September 2025 – June 2026.
• Mandarin / Cantonese language skills (both written and spoken) are highly desirable.
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.
• Resume must be in PDF format.
