The Programme

As part of the Regional HR Business Partner team, you will:

• Gain practical experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the HR team by supporting the daily operational topics.
• Support in implementing HR programs and initiatives while fostering a positive employee experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide HR business partner support in daily operational activities.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives and support the development and implementation of HR programs.
• Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities and events.
• Provide HR administrative support including data entry, reporting and analysis.
• Assist in training and development initiatives, including scheduling and coordinating training sessions.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Students of Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Mass Communications or related discipline.
• Commitment to a 6-month internship, at least three days a week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of coding and data analysis is an advantage.
• Passionate about people and organizational topics, proactive and detailed oriented, able to work independently.
• Able to demonstrate creative, curious and open mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
