The Programme 

You will be provided: 

• Orientation of working in the Bank of East Asia, Limited. 
• On-the-job training. 
• Training workshops. 
• Performance feedback. 
• Employment opportunities / Career opportunities: Interns with outstanding performance will be offered a fast track in the Group Management Trainee Programme selection or full-time employment upon graduation.

• Banking Audit.
• Information Technology Audit.

Required Skills and Abilities 

• University students preferably taking accounting, finance, economics or business-related disciplines. 
• Good problem-solving, communication and analytical skills. 
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. 
• Proactive and self-driven with a passion for continuous improvement. 
• Excellent critical thinking with natural curiosity. 
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). 
• Knowledge in information technology, data analytics and programming languages such as Python or SQL will be a plus.
• Right to work in Hong Kong. 

Internship Period: June to Aug 2024 
Duration: 8 to 12 weeks. 
Work Location: Hong Kong.
