Project Support Intern - Communications

The Programme

This position is supporting the Assistant Manager, Business Planning and Analysis and the team in various Sales and Marketing projects.  

We expect an exchange of new ideas and best practice in workflow.

What You Will Do

• Support in market research and reports updating, analyze data and prepare summary to management team.
• Assist in preparing presentations for customers’ performance review meetings.
• Facilitate the market research and development for General Sales Agents and daily management.
• Support social media planning and implementation, internal newsletters, website updates.
• Assist company branding programs including premiums, posters, advertisement and marketing events. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Current undergraduate students, passionate in aviation industry or marketing communications.
• No minimum work experience is required as we aim to provide a learning and training opportunity in the professional field for candidates from all backgrounds, education and experience levels.
• English speakers are welcomed.
• Proficiency in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
• Proactive, creative and open-minded to embrace and develop new ideas with a “can-do” spirit.
• Assertive, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
