Job Description

AT Global Services is seeking potential talent who is attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, customer-oriented, and interested in joining our Payment Solutions Team.

Reporting to Team Leader, the Operation Officer, Payment Solutions position is responsible for planning, implementation and improvement for the payment work-flows

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and improve the payment work-flows for global coverage
• Collaborate with other finance team members to consolidate data at regional level and preserve data integrity
• Compile standard reports for business units and management
• Provide timely and accurate business information to department head to achieve business objective and resolve the queries relating to business reporting aspect
• Provide research of solutions provider for team leader problem solving and decision making to achieve satisfactory result to the company
• Participate in UAT for existing back-office system enhancement
• Deliver ad-hoc assignments as required by supervisor, overtime work may be required to cover ad hoc issues

Requirements:

• Non-degree tertiary education, associate degree holder or equivalent
• Knowledge of products and process in financial industry will be an advantage
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar in Chinese word-processing, MS Office Word and Excel
• Positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive and strong problem-solving skills
• Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
