What You Will Do

  • Supporting oversight of AIA Group Risk and Control Assessment related activities.
  • Conducting analysis over Operational Risk data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Assisting with the design, development and testing of new features and functionality of related Risk and Compliance systems.
  • Supporting the launch and implementation of new/revised Operational Risk related processes. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Student currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Risk Management, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Law or Communications or equivalent.
  • Availability for a half-year full-time internship is definitely an advantage. Part-time availability for at least 2 days per week could also be considered.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proactive learner with a growth mindset.
  • Sound computer application skills, including using advanced functions of MS PowerPoint, Word, and MS Excel. 
  • The ability to use multimedia design tools and programming languages such as VBA is an advantage.
