Intern - Group Legal

The Programme 

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of Group Legal on a part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry. 

What You Will Do 

• Undertake general legal research support.  
• Support drafting standard and non-standard legal agreements, including master services agreements, intra-group settlement arrangements and other bespoke agreements. 
• Provide support to keeping the Group Legal team up to date with legal and regulatory developments. 
• Support specific projects and initiatives. 
• Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by legal counsel to meet operational and/or other requirements; understand that the role will evolve over time. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Undergraduate with relevant studies. 
• Good English writing skills. 
• Proficiency in MS Office and other technology.
• Keen to learn and passionate in legal functions.
