The Programme

Provide Administrative support for IVS team and maintain daily operation. 

What You Will Do

• Market research and analysis especially for mainland corporate in Hong Kong.
• IVS value proposition, engagement & promotion to corporate, HR & member.
• Improvement member experience in all means including face-to-face event; Digital marketing etc.)
• Channel communication, promotion; training and engagement.
• Support to formula business & execution plan to engage MCV agency.   

Required Skills and Abilities

• University Undergraduate with business and or marketing focus.
• Good in Digital & data Analytics mindset.
• Familiar with social media platforms (including GBA platforms)
• Team player and good communication skills.
• Detailed mind and good at time management.
• PC skills in Office Operating software (especially in Microsoft Excel and Power-point)
• Native and or fluence in mandarin is preferable.
• Proficient in English and Chinese writing.
