Claims Experience Study - Insurance - Actuarial Intern

The Programme

Main responsibilities involve analyzing insurance claims data to produce insights about claims trends, patterns and recommend improvement areas in claims management.  

This role provides broad exposure to insurance products, data analysis, and claims management.

What You Will Do

• Collect and prioritize insurance claims data from various sources.
• Analysis claims data to identify trends, patterns and potential areas for improvement.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging claims management strategies.
• Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to the claims management team.  

Required Skills and Abilities

• University students major in Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Insurance or Finance with strong mathematics background.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or other computer programming languages is an advantage.
